This Privacy Policy describes how Proofly ("we", "our", or "the app") handles information when you use our mobile application. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

1. Information We Collect

Proofly is designed as an offline-first application. We collect only what is necessary to provide the core delivery proof functionality:

• Delivery data — recipient names, delivery addresses, notes, and timestamps that you enter manually.
• Photos and signatures — images captured through the app camera and signature pad during the delivery proof process.
• Location data — GPS coordinates at the time of delivery, used solely to stamp the proof record. Location is never transmitted to our servers.
• Device storage — proof images and PDF exports are saved locally on your device.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect your name, email address, or any account information.
• We do not track your usage behavior or analytics.
• We do not share any data with third parties.
• We do not transmit any delivery data, photos, or signatures to external servers.
• We do not use advertising SDKs or tracking libraries.

3. Data Storage

All delivery records, photos, signatures, and proof documents are stored exclusively on your device in the app's private storage. This data is never uploaded to any cloud service or external server by Proofly.

If you uninstall the app or clear app data, all locally stored data will be permanently deleted.

4. Permissions

Proofly requests the following device permissions:

• Camera — to capture delivery proof photos.
• Location (Fine) — to record GPS coordinates on the proof document at the time of delivery.
• SMS (optional) — to send delivery reminder messages to recipients directly from the app. SMS messages are sent from your own device and SIM. We do not have access to your messages.
• Storage (Android 9 and below) — to save proof images and PDF exports to your device.

All permissions are used solely for the stated purposes and nothing else.

5. In-App Purchases and Billing

Proofly offers optional premium subscriptions processed through Google Play Billing. Payment information is handled entirely by Google Play and is never accessible to us. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for details on how payment data is handled.

6. Children's Privacy

Proofly is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date at the top. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
